A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy 37 Warren Place as a Home Occupation for a Custom Tailoring business.  The business activities involve creating custom garments for clients.  The business will occupy a total floor area of 36 m2.  Hours of operation will be 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday - Saturday, on an appointment basis only.  Each appointment is typically 30 minutes - 1 hour, with one (1) client per appointment, maximum of five (5) clients per week.  The business will employ a total of two (2) employees.  One (1) on-site parking space is provided for the business.
