Appeal Board - 15 Lloyd Crescent

The following appeal under the St. John's Development Regulations will be heard by the Appeal Board on Monday, August 8, 2016 in Conference Room A, fourth floor, City Hall at 12:15 p.m.
 
An appeal against the decision of the Inspection Officer regarding the extension of a driveway at Civic No. 15 Lloyd Crescent as being contrary to Section 10.3.3(1) of the St. John’s Development Regulations.
  

Any persons whose properties are affected by the above-noted appeals have the right to be heard and to give evidence thereon. Any persons intending to appear before the Board are hereby requested to notify the City Clerk at 709-576-8229 or by emailing cityclerk@stjohns.ca.
