Rezoning - 75 Incinerator Road
An application has been received by the City to rezone the property at 75 Incinerator Road from the Rural (R) Zone to the Mineral Working (MW) Zone. The purpose of the rezoning is to enable the development of a Rock Quarry to facilitate the making of roadway fill, structural fill, Class “A” and Class “B” gravels. A Municipal Plan amendment will not be required.
