Application - 18 Durdle Drive

A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy a portion of the accessory building at 18 Durdle Drive as a Home Occupation for a Clinic which specializes in head lice removal.
 
The clinic will consist of one treatment room for a floor area of 22.3 m2. The applicant is the sole employee and will operate seven days a week, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. by appointment and walk-in service. In addition, the clinic will sell products related to the business. On-site parking is provided.
