A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission for a Home Occupation at 37 Bell’s Turn to produce baked goods.
 
The proposed business will involve producing baked goods for delivery to off-site locations, no clients will visit the home. The business will operate Monday - Saturday, 7 a.m.-3 p.m. The business will occupy a floor area of 14 m2 (kitchen) with the applicant being the sole employee. All baking supplies will be obtained, and baked goods delivered using a regular vehicle. On-site parking is provided.
