PayByPhone on Harbour Drive: Report Available

In June 2018 the City began using PaybyPhone as the only payment method ('phone-only' payment) for 136 parking spaces on Harbour Drive. This was installed as a one-year trial of phone-only payment.
 
A Decision Note regarding the future of using phone-only payment will be presented and discussed at the upcoming Committee of the Whole meeting on Wednesday, July 24 in Council Chambers. Members of the public can review the agenda online. 
 
The Decision Note outlines parking revenue, public feedback and makes recommendations regarding the future use of phone-only payment on Harbour Drive and in other areas.
 
Committee of the Whole is open to the public and takes place at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 24 in City Council Chambers, fourth floor, City Hall.
