Construction Specifications 2022

The St. John's Specifications Book is a document that contains the specifications used for the construction of roads, bridges, water and sewer infrastructure and other miscellaneous civil works. It also contains temporary traffic control measures used by contractors while working on City streets. This document is maintained by the Construction Division of the Department of Planning, Engineering and Regulatory Services.
