Public Meeting 21-27 Lemarchant Road

A public meeting will be held by the City of St. John’s to provide an opportunity for public review and comment on the application for property located at civic number 21-47 LeMarchant Road in the Commercial Central Mixed Use (CCM) Zone to allow for a five storey, 55 unit apartment building with two levels of underground parking. The owner of the property has applied for increased height and density to the existing CCM Zone. 

The applicant has prepared a land-use assessment report (LUAR) under the terms of reference set by Council which can be viewed under background information below. 

This application may be viewed at the Department of Planning, Development and Engineering, third floor, St. John’s City Hall, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., phone (709) 576-8220, or e-mail: planning@stjohns.ca.

The Public Meeting will be held on Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, 7 p.m. in the Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. Any person wishing to make a submission on this application prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement to the Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O.
