Motorists are advised that Waldegrave Street (Water Street to New Gower Street) northbound will be reduced to one lane beginning on Monday, Sept. 16 at 7 a.m. to facilitate construction of the new St. John's Convention Centre. The closed northbound lane is anticipated to be reopened by Sunday, Sept. 22 at 5:30 p.m. Motorists can expect delays.
