The Annual Downtown Christmas parade is going ahead today beginning at 12 noon leaving from the Johnson Building parking lot. A park and ride shuttle service will be available starting at 10:30 am from the Confederation Building to Bannerman Road and from the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Building on Captain Whelan Drive (at Columbus Drive) to the Mile One Centre.
