The City of St. John's advises the motoring public to accommodate The Festival of Music and Lights at Bowring Park on Saturday December 1, 2012 there will be No Parking - Tow Aways commencing at 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. in the following locations.
Waterford Bridge Road, North Side
Cowan Avenue to the Overpass Waterford Bridge Road
South Side Road west of the main park entrance to east of the east parking lot.
