Smith Avenue will be closed as crews are working on repairing the water line service. Local traffic will be able to access the area from Penneywell Road to #36 Smith Avenue and from St. Clair Avenue to #36 Smith Avenue. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Emergency vehicles will be given access. Crews are hoping to have the work finished and the road re-opened by 9 p.m. this evening, Wednesday, July 23, 2014.
