Motorists and pedestrians are advised that Bannerman Road, the northbound lane only, will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday, September 3, 2015 for tree planting. Motorists should use an alternate route and expect delays. Emergency vehciles will be given access.
