Motorists are advised that weather pending, Cashin Avenue Extension between Campbell Avenue and Blackmarsh Road will be closed to through traffic on Monday and Tuesday, to facilitate asphalt paving of the street. A detour will be in place, and flagpersons will be on site. The City of St. John's apologizes for any inconvenience.
