Motorists and pedestrians are advised that Empire Avenue will be closed between Newtown Road and Mayor Avenue from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2015 to facilitate sewer repairs. Motorists should use an alternate route and expect delays.
