Motorists are advised that the southbound right turn lane from Freshwater Road onto Empire Avenue westbound will be closed to facilitate repairs to Newfoundland Power underground infrastructure for 1 to 2 days starting at 5:00 am Monday January 12, 2015.
Passenger and emergency vehicles will be permitted to make the right turn from Freshwater Road southbound onto Empire Avenue, but trucks and tractor trailers will have to detour via Stamps Lane or Crosbie Road.
