Motorists and pedestrians are advised that Portugal Cove Road will remained closed between New Cove Road and Elizabeth Avenue from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. today, Friday, July 17, 2015 due to a watermain break. Motorists should use an alternate route and expect delays. Emergency vehicles will be given access.
