Motorists are advised that paving operations at the intersection of Torbay Road and Newfoundland Drive will commence Monday, September 14th at 9:00am and continue until approximately 2:30pm. Flagpersons will be on site and traffic may be re-routed. Long delays are expected, so it is recommended that motorists find an alternate route.
