Residents of St. John's are advised that there is an unplanned power outage for emergency repairs being carried out by Newfoundland Power today, Thursday, November 20th, 2014 between 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Freshwater Road near Stockwoods to Kenmount Road at Pippy Place. All businesses and traffic lights will be affected on the Avalon Mall side of the street.
