Motorists are advised that street excavation operations on Portugal Cove Road at the intersection of World Parkway/Viscount Street will commence Thursday, September 10 at 9 a.m. and continue until Friday September 11 until 6 p.m. Flagpersons will be on site, detours will be in place and long delays are expected.
