Motorists and pedestrians are advised that there will be traffic disruptions in the area of Columbus Drive on November 19, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This is due to NL Power conducting overhead line work in the area. Motorists should use an alternate route and expect delays.
