Watermain Break - Hamel Street

Residents of St. John's are advised that there is a watermain break in front of # 17 Hamel Street. There will be no water for residents between # 13 and # 33 Hamel Street.
Hamel Street will also be closed to traffic between Empire Avenue and Liverpool Avenue, though Emergency vehicles will have access. Crews are currently working on repairs and anticipate the work to be completed by 5 p.m. today, Monday, February 2, 2015.
Area residents and surrounding residents may experience loss of water, low pressure or discolored water. If you are experiencing discolored water, please run your cold water tap in your bathtub until it clears.
