Application - 1 Logy Bay Road

An Extension of Non-Conforming Use application has been submitted requesting permission to construct an extension to the East side of the building located at 1 Logy Bay Road (The Carpet Factory) to create additional storage for products and company vehicles for the existing business.  The approximate floor area of the extension is 185.2 m2.  The number of on-site parking stalls will remain the same.
