A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy 11 Caprea Place as a home occupation for Bereavement Counseling and Support Services. The business will occupy a total floor area of 20 m2. Hours of operation will be 10 a.m.-10 p.m., seven days a week. Sessions are typically one hour, with one client per session. There are two group sessions per month, the first Tuesday and the third Thursday, hosting between 2-8 people. The business will employ two employees. No on-site parking is provided.
