A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to utilize a portion of Civic No. 191 Topsail Road as a Home Occupation that involves the preparing and delivery of cooked meals. The proposed business will occupy a floor area of approximately 20 m2 and will operate Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. The business involves preparing and cooking of meals on domestic cooking equipment. No client/customer visits to the property, delivery to customers' homes and business only. The applicant is the sole employee. On-site parking can accommodate parking for two (2) vehicles.
