An extension to a Non-Conforming Use Application has been submitted by Southwest Properties requesting permission to construct an extension to Signal Hill Gate, the extended stay rental suites located at 22 St. Joseph's Lane. The proposed extension to the building will be two storeys and would add sixteen units. On-site parking will accommodate forty-seven vehicles, seventeen of these will be located in the basement level of the proposed development.
