Application for 4 Roddickton Place

A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted to establish a design business for painting and updating of hardware on old furniture at Civic No. 4 Roddickton Place. No customers will visit the site. Hours of business will be Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. with the applicant as the sole employee. On-site parking can accommodate four vehicles.
