The Discretionary Use application is for a Lounge that is located on the 2nd storey of the Village Mall and will have a floor area of 678.4m2. The Lounge will also offer food (restaurant) service and operate seven days a week from 12 p.m. to 2 a.m. The Lounge will employee up to 10 people, with approximately 2 people per shift.
