Description
The proposed application is for a Clinic at 607 Torbay Road. The Clinic will occupy a floor area of 332m2 on the 1st floor, which is used for storage. The entire second floor (650m2 floor area) will be used for 6 examination rooms and additional storage. Hours of operation will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Clinic will employ 4 employees and on-site parking is provided.
