An application has been submitted to rezone the property located at Civic Number 62 Blackler Avenue (across from the Twin Rinks Arena) from the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone to the Residential Medium Density (R2) Zone. The purpose of the proposed rezoning is to allow the construction of two (2) semi-detached dwellings on the property.

Any written representations received by the deadline noted will be included in the Agenda for the Regular Meeting of Council on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at which time Council is scheduled to make a decision on this rezoning application.  As information, written submissions received will become a matter of public record.
