A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to operate a Home Occupation for Life Coaching Services at 63 Frecker Drive.
The business comprises of health coaching, foot detoxes, gym sessions, and other related services. The floor area for the proposed business is approximately 13.4 m2. Hours of operation will be 7 days a week, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Each session will have 1-2 clients per session, with only 2-4 sessions per day with a minimum of 1 hour between sessions. On-site parking not provided.
