A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by Bannerman Brewery at 90 Duckworth Street.
 
Description
Four (4) fermentation tanks are proposed to be located on the Northwest corner of the building. The tanks will be used in conjunction with the existing brewery for storing fermenting beer and be connected to the building with overhead piping. Each tank is 1.5m in diameter by 5.5m high and will be constructed on a 15.7m2 concrete pad that is located 0.61m (24”) from each property boundary.
