Equity Capital has received approval-in-principle for an application to develop two semi-detached dwellings (4 units) and one single dwelling at 44-48B Quidi Vidi Village Road. A Public Information Session, chaired by a member of the St. John’s City Council will be held to provide residents with an opportunity to review the design of the proposed development.
