Public Meeting - 12 Jensen Camp Road

The City of St. John’s will hold a Public Meeting to provide an opportunity for public review and comment on an application to develop multi-family housing, five townhomes, on the property located at 12 Jensen Camp Road. Currently, Planning Area 4 (Mundy Pond) of the Municipal Plan does not permit multi-family housing, therefore, a Municipal Plan amendment will be required. In addition, a text amendment is also required for the Development Regulations in order to the remove the phrase that restricts townhousing.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2014, 7 p.m., Conference Room ‘A’, fourth floor, City Hall.
