Public Meeting - 235 Water Street - Scotia Centre
The City of St. John’s will hold a Public Meeting to provide an opportunity for public review and comment on an application by Eastport Properties Ltd. for the proposed expansion to Scotia Centre at civic number 235 Water Street. The proposed expansion would be constructed on the podium deck (outdoor plaza) along Water Street. The expansion would be 3-storeys in height and be primarily used for office space, with retail space on the ground floor fronting on Water Street.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014, 7 p.m. in the Foran Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall.
