Public Meeting - 315 Torbay Road

The City of St. John's has received an application by EXP Architects Inc. on behalf of REB Holdings to rezone the property located at 315 Torbay Road. The purpose is to allow a residential development of 49 townhouses, each with a height of three (3) storeys. A public meeting will be held to provide an opportunity for public review and comment on the proposed rezoning. An amendment to the St. John’s Municipal Plan will not be required.
 
Based on the January, 2016 Public Meeting, a revised site plan has been submitted to the City with road access now off Torbay Road (not off Stirling Crescent).  A revised Land Use Assessment Report (LUAR) has also been submitted reflecting these changes.

The Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. Any person wishing to make a submission on this application prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement to Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O. The public meeting will be chaired by a member of Council.
