A Public Meeting will take place online regarding a rezoning application for a portion of land at 670 Kenmount Road.
 
Description
The City has received an application from 75579 Newfoundland & Labrador Inc. for a 60 lot residential development on a portion of land at 670 Kenmount Road. The development will consist of 60 Single Detached Dwellings along Leonard J. Cowley Street. The City is considering rezoning a portion of this property from the Residential 2 (R2) Zone to the Residential Reduced Lot (RRL) Zone to accommodate the development. Single Detached Dwellings are a Permitted Use in the RRL Zone. A Municipal Plan amendment is not required.
