Grind and patch work on water street
August 23, 2017 - Due to expected rain for Thursday night into Friday morning, paving crews will begin the overnight grind and patch on Water Street and Duckworth Street at 7 p.m. this evening, until 7 a.m. Thursday morning. Meters for affected parking stalls will be bagged this afternoon and any vehicles left parked at bagged meters after 10 p.m. will be towed.   Flagpersons will be in place to maintain traffic flow in both directions....
