"Records relating to the assessment that was completed on traffic in the area of Hamilton Avenue and Leslie Street, particularly the intersection located at the above noted streets. I was informed that an assessment was carried out by the Police and Traffic Division of the City of St. John's. Councilor Jonathon Galgay replied to my request for an assessment of the area on December 29, 2014 and advised that the Police & Traffic Division had completed a review and no other reviews were deemed necessary. I am seeking a copy of notes and reports related to the assessment that was completed according to Councilor Galgay's e-mail. I am also seeking a copy of the criteria that was used to determine that the area was not eligible for traffic calming."
