Summary of Request:

Two months ago, the city of St. John's decided to deal with the influx of walkers looking to escape the isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic by bumping out the sidewalks. Regarding bumping out the sidewalks please provide:
1. The cost
2. Traffic counts for the bumped-out sidewalk users: a. walkers and b. bikers
3. When will the streets revert to normal?
