"I originally requested the following information from the Department of Municipal Affairs – looking for information pertaining to funding of the City of St. John’s Windsor Lake Water Treatment Plant. Was there any provincial and/or federal money provided and if not was there provincial and/or federal money available for this project?
Based upon the response from Municipal Affairs that no funding was requested from either the provincial or federal governments then my inquiry to the City was how was this infrastructure funded and secondly why wasn’t provincial or federal money requested for this project.”
