The Grand Concourse Authority is a non-profit, charitable organization, with a Board of Directors made up of representatives from a variety of community-based and government groups including the City of St. John's. It is with the support of these members that it is able to complete a wide array of community development projects throughout the St. John's Metro Region.
The City's representative on the GCA is the Manager of Parks and Open Spaces.
