PER 3227 - Plumbing Contractor's License Application

This application is required to be completed in order to obtain a license for a Journeyman Plumber with Inter-Provincial Qualifications who possesses at least two years experience as a Journeyman Plumber, or to a company who employs such a person to manage its plumbing contracting department.
