Urban Forest Master Plan

In October, 2006, Environmental Design and Management Ltd. completed the St. John's Urban Forest Management Master Plan for the City.  It was undertaken to improve the management of public trees in St. John's. 

The project consisted of three key components:

• Consultation with the public and stakeholders.
• Completion of an inventory of public trees in St. John's.
• Preparation of a five-year operational plan and a 20-year management plan to guide the care and development of the urban forest in St. Johns.
