2018 Traffic Pilot Projects: Feedback Wanted

Wednesday, April 17, 2019 - 9:45 AM

A public survey is now open as part of the City’s evaluation of two traffic pilot projects that were implemented in 2018:

  • Rawlins Cross Traffic Circle; and,
  • Ladysmith Drive at Kiwanis Street Crosswalk

The survey is open to any member of the public who has travelled through the areas where the pilot projects are currently in place using any mode of transportation. The results of the survey along with technical and observation data will be shared with City Council to inform the evaluation and recommendation on whether the projects should be made permanent.

The survey is available here and is open until May 15, 2019.

Further information on traffic pilot projects is available at engagestjohns.ca.

The City’s Strategic Plan, Our City, Our Future notes that the City is committed to building a balanced transportation network to get people and goods where they want to go safely.
