Annual Streets Rehabilitation Program

The City of St. John’s Annual Streets Rehabilitation Program is underway from May to late fall 2020. Roads and sidewalks throughout the city will be impacted. Work will generally include concrete/street excavation, concrete work and paving.
Motorists and pedestrians may experience delays and detours in the impacted areas, please obey signage posted in each construction zone.
Throughout the coming months, traffic advisories will be posted each week to list streets that are scheduled for the following week. To keep informed of where work is happening residents can learn more:
- Sign up for e-updates, choose ‘Traffic Advisories’.
- Visit the city’s website, under Public Advisory, search ‘Traffic’
