Council Stands with Ukraine and Ukrainians around the World

On behalf of St. John’s City Council, staff, and the residents of St. John’s, we stand with Ukraine and Ukrainians around the world and throughout our city.
This unprovoked attack by the Russian forces on the freedoms of Ukrainians will forever be an inexcusable act on a global stage. The Ukrainian Flag will be flown at City Hall to show our support and I encourage all mayors to raise the flag in their municipalities for solidarity with Ukraine.
