Council Statement: Review of Flag Protocol

Based on a vote by City Council the St. Stephen the Martyr flag that was raised on Monday, March 21 has been taken down.
City staff are currently developing a policy to deal with protocol issues, including flag raising, at City Hall. The proposed policy will be vetted through the Corporate Policy Committee and presented to Council for approval in the near future.
