Deadline to Refund Park Cards Extended

On November 10, 2020, the City of St. John’s announced that it is discontinuing the Park Card, previously used for payment at parking meters. Parking meters have been phased out due to vandalism and are being replaced with new pay stations that accept credit card, debit card and mobile payment.
The previously announced deadline for Park Card refund has been extended to May 31, 2021.
To obtain a refund on your Park Card please visit the City of St. John’s Access Centre (first floor of City Hall) in person during regular operating hours, Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

To date, refunds issued total $21,968.55.
