Extending Holiday Cheer with Lights

The City of St. John’s is extending the Self-Guided Festival of Music and Lights and other holiday lights until January 31, 2022 to keep our spirits bright. The lights serve as symbol of hope that brighter days are on the horizon during this challenging time.

Extending Self-Guided Festival of Music and Lights
Residents can visit the beautiful light display at Bowring Park Duck Pond throughout the month of January from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. While viewing the lights, residents can also listen to a holiday audio show featuring festive songs from local musicians.

To access the Festival of Music and Lights soundtrack please:

  • Tune any FM radio to 89.1 in and around Bowring Park.
  • Use your smartphone to scan the QR code on the signage in the park or use any web enabled device to listen online at ozfm.com/st-johns-playlist.

COVID-19 Public Health Guidelines
Please remember to respect COVID-19 public health guidelines while enjoying the music and lights festival in Bowring Park. Vaccine passports are not required to attend this outdoor festival. This festival is presented in partnership with NTV and OZFM.
